1) Booking & Payments
To secure your reservation, payment of a deposit is required at registration.
The deposit amount is 150CHF or 150EUR per cyclist, depending on the event location.
The deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit amount can be transferred to another Inferno Series Event in the same or subsequent calendar year, if the transfer takes place at least three months before the start day of the originally booked event, subject to availability.
Full payment is due latest three months before the start day of the event, or when specified at the time of the original registration.
Non-payment of the final balance may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the forfeiture of any previous payments.
Participants choosing single room occupancy will be required to pay a single room supplement, specified at registration. Registering in the solo category does not entail single room occupancy.
2) Cancellation by the participant
The deposit is non-refundable.
A cancellation six months or more before the start day of the event entitles the participant for a refund of all payments except the deposit amount.
A cancellation less than six, but more than three months before the start day of the event entitles the participant to a 50% refund of the total amount.
A cancellation less than three months before the start day of an event is not eligible for any refunds.
Alternatively, participants can transfer all payments made to another Inferno Series Event in the same or subsequent calendar year, if the transfer takes place at least three months before the start day of the originally booked event, subject to availability.
Transfers of payments closer to the event date are possible at the sole discretion of the Inferno Series.
All cancellation or transfer requests have to be made in writing, either by letter or by email. Requests cannot be made via telephone or our social media channels.
Non-participation in parts of the Event (DNF, DNS) does not entitle to any refund.

3) Event Cancellation by the Inferno Series.
The Inferno Series reserves the right to cancel an event three or more months before the start day in case a minimum participant number is not reached. A full refund, including the deposit, will be provided in this case.
Cycling is an outdoor sport. Weather conditions or road closures might necessitate the modification of the route or the cancellation of parts or a whole stage. While we strive to conduct alternative programming or routes, such modifications or cancellations due to weather, road closures, or other force majeure reasons do not create a right to a partial or full refund.
